Buyer's preliminary inspection of the materials at the yards and Independent Inspectional Agency like SGS or Cotecna allowed during loading process at the port. 

The Scrap Rail consists out of the used Rails Scraps of R50/R65 and all materials are totally free from any types of Radiation, Bombs, Arms and Ammunition, and explosive in any form either used or otherwise.
